1. Advance Payment Mandatory (अग्रिम भुगतान)

To maintain purity, avoid food waste, and prepare freshly ground cold-pounded batches, all orders require 100% advance payment prior to order packing and dispatch. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Customers can pay instantly using our Dynamic UPI QR code via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM.
• Direct NEFT/IMPS bank transfer details are provided at checkout.
• Once payment is made, customers provide the 12-digit UTR/Txn reference number on the checkout page or send a payment screenshot to WhatsApp at +91 9953230726.

2. Transparent Shipping Charges Matrix

Shipping rates are automatically computed at checkout based on your selected delivery state. Local Delhi orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours via local courier. Domestic interstate orders are dispatched through trusted national express logistics partners.

Being an edible food item, returns are only accepted if the parcel is received in a damaged or unsealed condition with photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, a free replacement or complete refund is issued promptly.
